We offer hair, barber, nail, skin and body services. Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information. Availability of specific services and professionals may vary.

Prices shown on our website are "starting at" prices and are subject to change. Final price may vary by hair length and thickness, the products used, the time required and the complexity of the service. Your stylist will be happy to confirm pricing during your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service.

Online appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking provider (Meevo), and your use of that platform is also subject to its terms and policies. An appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or our booking provider.

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours, if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for other guests. Any deposit or cancellation fee that applies to your service will be disclosed to you when you book.

Please tell us before your service about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent treatments that could affect your service. We may recommend a consultation or patch test, and we may decline or modify a service if, in our professional judgment, it may not be safe or achieve the desired result.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concern about your service, please contact us promptly so we can review it with you and, where appropriate, offer an adjustment.
